Limited Manufacturer’s 1-Year Warranty:
Sun Maita, Inc. warrants the Sun Maita® Threader® against mechanical failure due to original factory defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one-year from the date of purchase.  During this period, if your Threader fails to operate properly as a result of such a factory defect, please go to the Sun Maita website, www.sunmaita.com and follow the instructions provided for the return of your Threader to Sun Maita.  Please be sure to provide a copy of your original receipt.  You will receive your repaired Threader or a replacement Threader by mail within 10 - 15 working days from the date Sun Maita receives the defective Threader.  This warranty applies only if the Threader was purchased directly from Sun Maita or one of Sun Maita’s authorized resellers.  This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable. 

This warranty is void (a) if the Threader is used other than under normal use and maintenance conditions, (b) if the Threader is modified or altered, (c) if the Threader is subject to abuse, neglect, or accident, (d) if the Threader is repaired by someone other than Sun Maita, (e) if the Threader’s serial number is defaced or missing, or (f) if the Threader is used in combination or in assembly with products not supplied by Sun Maita and which are not compatible or are of inferior quality, design, or performance. 

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS INEFFECTIVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR SUCH LONGER PERIOD AS MAY BE REQUIRED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUN MAITA BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO OR ARISING OUR OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM REGARDING THE THREADER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMTED TO CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIAIBLITY OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.

Warnings:
The Threader is for external use only and is designed to be used only to remove hairs.  The effectiveness of the Threader can be limited by the amount and/or texture of a user’s hairs.  Results vary upon each push of the activation button on the Threader.  Be cautious to aim only for the designated areas of the face as indicated in the Threader instruction manual; avoid all areas around the eye and especially the eye lashes.  Threading is considered a gentle and non-evasive method of hair removal.  However, if used improperly, threads can snag on the skin.  For best results and to avoid snagging of the threads on the skin, protect your skin by applying a sufficient amount of the Chalk onto the skin creating a smooth surface for the Threader to glide on.  The Threader is not recommended for use with other medicinal skin care products and is not recommended for persons with hyper-sensitive skin types or allergic skin types to cotton fibers and material.  Do not use the Threader on or near open cuts, skin disorders or sun damaged or sun burned skin.  The products designed by Sun Maita are specifically formulated to serve the sole purpose of achieving maximum results from the threading experience.  Sun Maita lotions are for external use only; avoid swallowing or contact with eyes.  If contact occurs, rinse or flush with water immediately.  If necessary, and if signs of irritation or rash continue to persist, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately.  Sun Maita shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Threader in a manner contrary to the instructions for application and use set forth in the Threader instruction manual.

It is necessary that you read Sun Maita’s instructions carefully when using the Threader. The Threader is not a toy and children should not use this product.  The Threader is a manually operated device that uses no batteries.
